How can I track my order/assignment?
My account → My orders / missions → Details. Real-time tracking + step-by-step notifications.
How to modify or reprogram?
Opens the → command Edit. If already in progress, go to Messaging to validate a new schedule.
How do I cancel?
Control → Cancel. Any charges are displayed before validation (depending on progress and type of service).
How do I add hours during a mission?
Control → Add hours (smart contract). Provider/delivery company confirms, payment is adjusted.
Payment, credits & invoices
How does escrow payment work?
The amount is blocked until End validation. Unlocking is done when you confirm the mission.
Where can I view/buy my credits?
My account → My credits. Buy a pack, track balance and usage history.
Where can I get my invoices/receipts?
My account → Invoices & receipts → Download (PDF). A receipt is generated after each mission.
Profile, roles & checks
How can I change my role (customer, service provider, deliverer, supporter)?
Header My account → Role selector. Activate/deactivate roles without creating a new account.
How do I complete my pro info / KYC / documents?
My account → My profile → Documents & checks (ID, IBAN, SIRET/RC Pro if required).
How do I update my address, settings and preferences?
My account → Parameters → Address & availability / Notifications.
Litigation, appraisals & support
What to do in the event of a problem
Control → Report a problem. We intervene and freeze the payment if necessary.
Can I rate a service provider/customer?
Yes, after the mission: Leave a review (impacts badges & trust).
How do I contact support?
My account → Help & Support → Open a ticket or via the e-mail of the order.
Solidarity & impact
How to vote for the solidarity kitty (5 %)?
My account → Solidarity → Vote for an association. Redistribution is monthly.
How can I join as a volunteer/association?
Role selector → Solidaire then Complete profile (rapid validation + mission visibility).

How do I manage my data (RGPD)?
My account → Privacy : data download, account deletion, IA consent management.
How long do you keep the logs?
Less than 30 daysunless required by law. Sensitive accesses are logged.
