🏦 How does Stripe™ Secure Balance work?

Stripe™ Secure Balance completely replaces the old credit system.
It's simpler, more reliable and fully automated.

1. Refill balance

Customers top up their balance in seconds (credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) via Stripe Checkout.
No amount is blocked until a job is booked.

2. Booking a mission

When a job is booked, the corresponding amount is placed in virtual escrow.
The balance is not debited until the mission has been validated.

3. Mission validation

Once the mission has been completed and validated :

• Stripe automatically debits the customer's balance,

• pay 15 net/hour to the service provider,

• applies the planned platform margin,

• automatically deducts the 5 %.

4. Mission cancellation

If the mission is cancelled :
No debit is made and the customer's balance remains intact.

5. Instant refund

At any time, the customer may request reimbursement of his available balance.
Stripe Refund is executed immediately, without delay.
