Cancellation is immediate and no automatic renewal is applied after cancellation.

It has no influence never payment, which remains 100 % secure via Stripe.

Services

Find out how service assignments work, how to ask for help, choose a service provider and make your assignment a success.

Fill in the dedicated form describing your assignment: type of service, location, date, estimated duration, and important details.
Your request is then sent to the available service providers.

When you publish an assignment, the corresponding amount is pre-authorized via Stripe and placed in Secure Balance.
Money is never charged immediately of the provider :

  • it's stuck in standby,

  • it is unlocked only when you validate the mission,

  • the service provider receives payment instantly.

👉 It protects both the customer (no scam) and the service provider (payment guaranteed).

You are debited only at the end of the mission, when you confirm :
«Mission completed ✔».

Prior to this validation :
→ the amount is just reserved in your Stripe™ Safe Balance, but not transferred.

Yes.
Each provider is free to accept or refuse depending on :

  • of its skills,

  • availability,

  • mission location.

Yes, as long as the service provider has not yet validated its participation.
If a supplier has already confirmed, any changes (duration, date, important details) must be approved by the supplier.

You can :

  1. Contact the service provider by e-mail.

  2. Use the “Report a problem” button.

  3. Contact our support if necessary.

Stripe™ Secure Balance prevents any direct debits until the mission has been validated, thus avoiding financial disputes.

Once the job has been completed and validated, you can rate the service provider and leave a comment.
This helps other users to make an informed choice, and enhances the reputation of reliable suppliers.

Solidarity

Information on solidarity initiatives, help for authors in difficulty and volunteer participation.

Register on the "Become a volunteer" page and choose your solidarity missions.

Food aid, help for the elderly, support for RSA/disabled beneficiaries.
