How do I create an account?
Click on "Login" then "Register" at the top of the page and fill in the form with your details. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Can I use the same account for several roles (customer, provider, volunteer)?
Yes, you can activate multiple roles from your dashboard and easily switch between them.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
Contact our support via the contact page for any changes before shipping. How to update my order?
How can I delete my account and personal data?
You can request the deletion of your data via the "Settings" tab of your account, in accordance with the RGPD.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Stripe, and secure deferred payments.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments go through Stripe and are protected. The money remains blocked until the mission is validated.
Where can I find my invoices?
In "My account > Invoices". They can be downloaded as PDF files.
Can I pay in instalments?
No for now, but you can buy time packs at reduced rates.

What are the advantages of a Pro subscription?
The Pro subscription offers you :
greater visibility with customers,
a profile highlighted in the results,
more requests for missions,
priority access to new features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your “My account” area.
Cancellation is immediate and no automatic renewal is applied after cancellation.
What is the purpose of the Pro subscription?
Pro membership enhances your visibility and increases your chances of getting regular assignments.
It has no influence never payment, which remains 100 % secure via Stripe.
Services

How do I request a service?
Fill in the dedicated form describing your assignment: type of service, location, date, estimated duration, and important details.
Your request is then sent to the available service providers.
How does payment with Stripe™ Secure Balance work?
When you publish an assignment, the corresponding amount is pre-authorized via Stripe and placed in Secure Balance.
Money is never charged immediately of the provider :
it's stuck in standby,
it is unlocked only when you validate the mission,
the service provider receives payment instantly.
👉 It protects both the customer (no scam) and the service provider (payment guaranteed).
When am I actually charged?
You are debited only at the end of the mission, when you confirm :
«Mission completed ✔».
Prior to this validation :
→ the amount is just reserved in your Stripe™ Safe Balance, but not transferred.
Can the service provider refuse a job?
Yes.
Each provider is free to accept or refuse depending on :
of its skills,
availability,
mission location.
Can I modify my mission after publication?
Yes, as long as the service provider has not yet validated its participation.
If a supplier has already confirmed, any changes (duration, date, important details) must be approved by the supplier.
What to do in case of problems during the mission?
You can :
Contact the service provider by e-mail.
Use the “Report a problem” button.
Contact our support if necessary.
Stripe™ Secure Balance prevents any direct debits until the mission has been validated, thus avoiding financial disputes.
How can I leave an evaluation after the mission?
Once the job has been completed and validated, you can rate the service provider and leave a comment.
This helps other users to make an informed choice, and enhances the reputation of reliable suppliers.
Solidarity
Information on solidarity initiatives, help for authors in difficulty and volunteer participation.
How to become a volunteer
Register on the "Become a volunteer" page and choose your solidarity missions.
What types of solidarity missions are on offer?
Food aid, help for the elderly, support for RSA/disabled beneficiaries.
How does the solidarity kitty (5%) work?
5% of our sales are donated each month to partner associations, based on user votes.
Can I propose an assignment for my association?
Yes, via the "Propose a solidarity mission" form.
